MU plays Mo State in several sports every year, the only one I think they actively dodge Mo State in is men's basketball, which I think is kind of silly but it is what it is. Many p5 schools dodge schools like MO State because they are a high risk with little reward game.

Couple things..

If Steckle is honestly trying to turn things around,

1. Fire or demote the offensive coordinator.
Kramer may be a good o-line coach, but a terrible o coordinator.
2. End the spread. Period. Shoot it, dig a hole, bury it...move on...
They have nothing to loose at this point.
