Maybe you should ask the Socialist boys why they are ignoring this post....but we understand why. How can the defend Leftist leaders with Leftist policies supporting leftist radicals who have led to leftist chaos and death. Of course they will blame the guns and the Rep. as opposed to their lack of leadership, policies and their lackluster ability to enforce the current restrictive gun laws that unfairly target law abiding citizens and do nothing to stop criminals from getting firearms.
It's been a month and a half since the George Floyd killing and the rise of the Defund the Police movement. In the past 6 weeks, have any cities actually cut funding to the police? No, they haven't. The budgets for this year was set in 2019. The budget cuts for police are coming in the 2021 budgets from the loss in tax revenues due to the economic down turn due to covid.
The rise in violence is due to the civil unrest in the cities. Period!!

Why are resignations at an all time high in police departments? Why has NYC put a restriction on how many police can retire in a given week? Why are shootings in NYC (where 1 billion is going to be cut) up 130%? Why was a 1 year old baby shot in his stroller in the middle of a park at a party in broad daylight?
Maybe because the police know a budget cut is coming so why would they work hard anymore when they are getting a pay cut.

The No Bail policy is only for misdemeanors and nonviolent crimes, not bank robbery. Sounds like the prosecuting attorneys fault to me.

Not sure how you were misled originally on what offenses were included in the bail reform bill but you might want to consider narrowing/broadening your sources of information.

It is do to the policy's and threats of budget cut's, the moral is at a All time low in many big cities within the dept. They feel a lack of support from City officials and from the populace as well. I have a acquaintance who is a NYC cop. He said that most NYC cop's hate their job right now and want to leave the city and that they are now mostly worried about taking care of their own as opposed to actually doing what is necessary to protect and serve. So yes all the drivel that is being spread by the Left in those cities has spurred on and increased the violence.
