MSHSAA.TV $15 plus service fee (0.75) all Championships access

Went to soccer districts at Rockhurst last autumn and it was $6 at the gate, cash only. Planned to go to District Quarterfinals for boys basketball at West this year; they moved the game to Rockhurst a week before after having already announced that the tournament was being held at West. Then, the day of, they announce that Rockhurst is doing digital ticketing only. I bought a ticket on the MSHSAA site at 10:45 A.M. that morning for $6 (thankfully, no convenience fee). 4:45 P.M. rolls around and I still have no ticket in my email. I explained my situation to the gateworkers at Rockhurst. They had to look up my name and they let me in with ID. Finally, my ticket arrives in my email at 9:15 P.M. that evening. Went to girls Quarterfinals the next evening at Lee's Summit Central. Explained to the gateworkers that I could not find the digital ticketing on the MSHSAA site. They explained to me that it was cash only and they weren't doing digital ticketing.

Yep it is a bit of a mess. Thankfully my first online ticket (tonight's Winnetonka-Pem Hill district final up the street from my house here in south KMO) went right through.

Will see what happens tomorrow and Friday..................

That $15 for both weekends of the Show-Me Showdown is the bargain of the year, every year. I much prefer actually spending more $ attending the games, concessions, etc, but if you can't make it it's awesome. The 2nd weekend last year, I had Covid, watched every game on mshsaa tv. My bride even went over a bought me a program (we live less than 2 miles from Mizzou Arena). Gotta watch my friends enjoying themselves at the games without me. Looking forward to being there some both weekends, as well as probably watching some online when I need to be home.
