Someone mentioned moving Neshek to closer. If we do that can we get to him? Who pitches the 8th?

Gonzales is dependable. Limited use of Maness might get you thru an inning.
Choate hasn't been good for 6 weeks. Martinez looks shakey.

I don't expect MM to bail on him now. He was 3 for 3 until last night. I think he'll get the next chance. If he blows that one then all bets are off.

I agree Rosie gets the next chance.

Remember Martinez was warming twice in the Dodgers series with Rosie struggling. Don't be shocked if he gets a chance at some point a la Waino in 2006.

I wouldn't move Neshek. I'd put Martinez in the closer role. He's looked shaky...but Rosie isn't even shaky at the moment. He's worse than that. Truthfully, it shouldn't have gotten this far. He had a WHIP of 1.41 in the regular season. 2.73 in the post-season. It's not like this is a new problem, or there wasn't evidence of it all year.
