If your job is on the line, who is your starter?

My opinion is that I want to see Horn get meaningful reps. Let him start. I would love to see what he can do. If he doesn't give you what you want, then you have Cook waiting in the wings. I'm not a QB coach and I don't see practice every day, but from the limited view of Horn, it's hard to not see his raw talent. Horn is your ceiling, and possibly your floor. Cook is safe but limited.

I'm not too sure either one of them are very good. Cook is a poor man's Alex Smith. The ultimate game manager that can pick up some yards with his feet. He's the guy at the poker table that always checks, but gets out on a big raise. In what time Horn has played, he sure hasn't shown anything to make anyone think he's any good. His ceiling very well could be higher than Cook, but that's probably got as much to do with Cook never taking chances than it does with Horn being a big talent. He's got a big arm, for sure, but I don't see much else from him.
