Too early to tell. They hung in there with Kansas for awhile and showed some good things, but its a Power 5 opponent so its tough to get a read. They had a horrible first half against a good UT-Martin program but the second half (outside of a couple defensive possessions) was impressive. Ended up losing by a touchdown, which is what I think a lot of fans expected.
The next two weeks should paint a clearer picture. A winnable home game against Utah Tech, and then a conference road game against SIU.
