Last championships at Faurot (at least short term)

Depends the Future of Kauffman stadium. maybe have a major Renovation to Kauffman if Royals leave and turn it into a football stadium. Take out the Centerfield seating and outfield Foul seating and build seating where the Center field playing grass area is now and have the rolling roof over arrowhead and Kauffman.

Chiefs Games on Saturday every Show me bowl weekend and Show Me Bowl next door on same day would be amazing

The women’s soccer stadium built by the river is supposedly billed as the first stadium built specifically for a women’s professional franchise. How hypocritical it would seem to play boys’ football games there, IMO.

Mo State was a great venue because of how full the stadium seemed for most games, and you felt close to the action.

I’ve occasionally dreamed of Missouri Southern tearing down their eyesore (come on 50 year old concrete, please start cracking!). Build a new, intimate 10,000 seat stadium and bid to host the state championship on occasion. Plus, every Thursday night they could host an area HS football matchup appealing to area fans.

Yes, Joplin would be a long drive for many. But remember these two points:
1) if the games are in Columbia, that makes it a short drive for many in the center part of the state versus several hours of driving for everyone in the corners.
2) nobody from southwest Missouri hardly ever makes it to the state championship, so Missouri Southern would be a great neutral site. (Wink wink)

I may have missed someone already saying this but Mo. State is getting ready to pour a lot of money into their stadium.
