According to what I've seen, he was promised these three points when he took the job and they have since balked on all three:

1) 8 out of 11 coaches have teaching positions in the building
2) Access to the football players year round for off season weight training and for the football staff to be in charge of it.
3) Football team to have priority of use for football field during football season.
