How much more does Waynesville pay? I would think Marshfield would value girls basketball a lot more. Doesn't Marshfield have a good team coming back?

Waynesville coaching may not pay THAT much more but as far as teaching and admin positions, they paid well enough that Drehle stayed for I believe two years after they didn’t extend his football contract.
Have been told it’s one of the highest paying districts in the area, but I haven’t actually looked it up. But have heard from multiple people.

Their teaching and coaching pay is top notch. If I had to guess it’s at least a $15k raise. She’s also from Waynesville and will fit in a lot better there than at Marshfield. Plus there is a lot less pressure to win.
