Meh. Bosko and Calvin would get into it but Bosko gets into it with everyone on here. Fake Mox still shows up and pretends to be the Real Mox. Calvin was good at stirring the pot though.

oh hell raw I wish you would have told me about that earlier. We are going thru this right now all because the wifey was out of counter space...had the air fryer pressure cooker waffle maker...crap many other things sitting on the counter. So we end up remodeling to add that space.
Just buy yourself a house with an already remodeled kitchen! Thats what we did.

Hard to find in our area, a brand new 1300 square foot home is going for almost $200,000 right now...just crazy prices.
$200,000!? Did a new manufacturing plant just open or something!? Those prices are crazy high!
Bosko, we have many jobs, no steel manufacturing like Ampipe but many many jobs in our area. My daughter just purchased a home and ended up in a bidding war....I have never heard of anything like that in our area before.
Thats good Monett has jobs. What industry? Ampipe continues to be primarily employed by the steel mill. Several other smaller businesses have moved in though.
You name it we do it, Windows both home and buildings, Dog food, play ground equipment. Cheese we pretty much supply McDonalds you might like that LOL. Banking software two companies we are the headquarters to both, we have Chicken processing, rabbit equipment....I am sure I am missing many.
Now that is impressive. The more important question, how is Monett's dive bars and pool halls for all those shift workers?
Sucks....would love to have a nice bar to sit around in and eat some wings. We do have a nice wing place MoWings, but not really a bar.

We have more Chinese now than Mexican and don't get me started on the Pizza joints holy cow I bet we have 50 places.
We just bought a 1,270 square foot house in Jackson County last year for like 50k less. Thats insane.
Unfortunately why I'm in Aurora at the moment Bullit, can't find anything in Monett.
Well I can relate we bought a house in Springfield last year after being outbid on four in Ozark. Housing In SWMO is rapidly catching up to the rest of the nation.
