That man uses the F-word the way Jackson Pollack used paint, masterfully, artistically, enthusiastically, and often.
Having said that, I'd fully endorse that choice.
“Kill the head and the body will die." HIRED.

Nothing. He's the perfect hire. He has to tell you no before looking elsewhere. What is wrong with Harsin from Boise?

He did something this year no other BSU coach has done before - he had an undefeated conference season.Nothing really. His offenses at Texas were nothing to write home about, and his one year at Arkansas State was highly average (7-5).
He didn't build Boise State, but to his credit he's sustained what Peterson built.

Yes, that's where BSU is. Your point? In the Mountain West...

Harsin appears to have turned down Mizzou. Hate to hear it.
I guess Monken from Army and former Florida and current CMU coach McElwain are the front runners.
He's on the record that salaries need to rise and they won't budge. Keeps losing good coordinators. Hard to build something when you have to pause and regroup every year. Why would he leave Boise? Guaranteed 10 wins a year, believe he's an alum, and it's his hometown.
Cause he's going to Florida State. Why is Norvell not part of this conversation ?
Hasn't happened yet... Ole Miss is heavy in that picture. Has he told Mizzou that he is not interested ?Cause he's going to Florida State.
Jay is part of the conversation. Yeah, that's right Jay Norvell from Nevada is under serious consideration. Why is Norvell not part of this conversation ?
Sat in on a session with him at the Glazier coaches clinic a few years ago when he was with the Rams. He was hilarious. That man uses the F-word the way Jackson Pollack used paint, masterfully, artistically, enthusiastically, and often.

The initial list greatly overestimates how good the Missouri job is. The athletic department is in the red and talent wise you will lag behind Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. In state talent is good but not enough to sustain the program. Missouri is a really tough job especially if Tennessee continues to improve and Kentucky continues under Stoops. Fritz is a good coach but I don't know if that will excite the fan base.
Correct he sounds like Joe Pesci in Casino...............especially the desert scene. That man uses the F-word the way Jackson Pollack used paint, masterfully, artistically, enthusiastically, and often.

Yikes. That's gonna cause a mutiny. Fun fact about Jay Norvell...I had his niece in class a few years back.Jay is part of the conversation. Yeah, that's right Jay Norvell from Nevada is under serious consideration.
