Landing/Tackling Mat

Was needing some opinions and advice on landing/tackling mats.

Was hoping to purchase one for our football program but saw many options on the internet.

Was wanting your opinion and thoughts on different heights of the mat. A 28" mat seems really tall and unsure of the benefit of having something that tall. Would love any coaches thoughts or opinions of the mats.

If your track coach is on your staff. It is easy. Use a high jump mat. A little tall , but will work. Did it every year up in KC
