Nixa trailed the entire game but closed at the end. They missed 2 lay up in the last 15 seconds that would have tied it.

If the Poo starter doesn’t get her second concussion early in 2nd half, it never gets close. 2 teams that very literally only have 5 players each.

It was a physical game, and the officials had a tough job trying to decide which fouls to call which led to some bad calls both ways. Nixa put the pressure on to come back from being 16-18 points down. It came down to free throws really. Poo made most of theirs at the end and Nixa missed a couple of crucial ones.

The head injury to the Poo girl looked awful, especially when she had or nearly had a concussion previously. Hope she’s okay

Fontleroy has really improved her outside shot. It’s way better than it was last year. 6 3’s tonight and she gets it off so quick.
