Kearney has no challenge until the dome. They need to send mshsaa a thank you cardDon't know much about this Hannibal team. Has anyone seen them play this year? By the looks of the stadium aerial view it doesn't look like they have much visitor seating. Kearney 28-7
Send one to CJ for What???
Webb kids won that on the field, not bureaucrats setting around deciding to give Kearney a pass to St Louis so they could maybe sell more tickets
So the late game fumble by CJ qb had nothing to do with your win?
Sure it did but I don't think WC needs to thank anyone! CJ did not give them possession or stand idly by and allow WC to score. WC took the ball in self preservation and won the game!
No thank you, no apology. CJ played a hell of a game so I will give credit where credit is due but they did not play well enough to win!
Back to subject at hand, we know Hannibal will have there hands full with the Kearney D... How will the Hannibal D match up with Kearney O?
God bless you, scout, but wanting K and Webbies to love each other is like asking my neighborhood's dogs and cats to do the same. Here we go again...
Can we not just play the games in hand, give credit where credit is do and move on?
Hannibal is good enough to get this far, give them credit .
Kearney is good enough to get this far, give them credit.
Webb City is good enough to get this far, give them credit.
Next...
Now to the substance at hand I have to (God help me) agree with Blizzard Hannibal has to prepare for Kearney's field-stretching passing game. With Jess Davis on the receiving end (K's big big senior star next season) they better have size and speed on the back end of their D as well............I tell you I never, ever expected what I am seeing out of the younger QB Hinck through the air (his older brother developed in to some kind of passer two years ago as K fans will remember).Gee, I guess diplomacy only works in thermal nuclear war...
Yea too much is made of s rivalry with Kearney. I would rather lose ten state championship games to Kearney than a Scrimage to CJ, Carthage, or NeoshoWhat do you mean Webbies and Kearney people don't get along? The Daddy and I just agreed on something.
We can all have different opinions and perspectives but we don't have to be mortal enemies.

Yikes sorry to hear that...........Hat Davis out for the year with ACL tear
As posted in another thread this being the case I would have to think the Hannibal game is a tossup..............two years in a row K has lost a Davis kid to a major injury. Total buzzard luck I guess...........Hat Davis out for the year with ACL tear
He's been out for two weeks...and they didn't slow down. They have a lot of avenues of attack. Not the same as losing Zach Davis last year--that cost them big time.Jess Davis #23. Kearney's top WR.
That is more about the competition than anything else in my opinion. Again I do have concerns about the level of competition they have played.............we shall see Saturday I guess. He's been out for two weeks...and they didn't slow down. He was a solid receiver--and had over 600 yards. But their offense wasn't built around him--receptions dispersed to a host of players. Zach Davis was a top notch player--now a D1 baseball player. That was a major blow last year. That is more about the competition than anything else in my opinion. They have played a tougher (higher rated) schedule than Hannibal. But Hannibal did beat Battle, a team comparable to Belton.
