Have been texting some friends in the sports media business and the opinion is that if Jerry’s not careful, Texas A&M is going to offer him big bucks to come be their next head coach.
Wouldn’t be the first Pitt State coaching connection at A&M, but Dennis Franchione’s buyout was only $4.4 million over three years which pales in comparison to what Jimbo just got.
If Arkansas went after Kill, that would be one member of the Pitt State coaching tree replacing another as Sam Pittman is a former Gorilla.
