Last year Trinity didn’t have a single all state kid. And it was all their coach’s fault.
its not just MoSports who irrationally hate on Trinity and Cardinal Ritter. The Losing, jealous coaches of Class 3 are also likeminded. Looking at the All-State 1st Teams, Trinity & Ritter combined only have 4 1st teamers. Which is hilarious because Trinity alone would beat the Class 3 All-State 1st/2nd/3rd teams if they made up One team.
Class 2: Blair Oaks & Lathrop 10 first teamers.
Class 3: Trinity/CR 4 LOL (Maryville & Mt Vernon gets 7 and both got choked out)
Class 4: Ladue & MICDS gets 12
Class 5: Vianney & Fort Osage gets 9
Class 6: CBC & Rockhurts gets 11.
Hopefully the AP All State teams get it right. The coaches, as FBForLife would say, are still butt hurt

Coaches poll for state rankings and all state has always been a joke. They watch the teams in their own conferences and vote for kids in those conferences.
The sportswriters teams are worse.

One year the writers in our area named our QB to first team all district on defense at safety. He hadnt played a snap of defense all year. I could go on and on with examples.
Orrrrr maybe the coaches are the ones that see how the behavior plays out and would not want to give votes to the kids that do not do it the right way? We are discussing football. I dont think anyone thinks the football players at rural missouri schools or from metro St Louis/KC have the test scores of the MICDS football team. And quite frankly no ones gives a flying spider **** lol
No one called you racist, or even this guy. My whole point is that academics has nothing to do with anything we are talking about. Also we know nothing about the academic standings of any of the players in Missouri unless you are a parent. So its ignorant to even speak. When Trinity players start being ineligible and having to play JUCO for 2 years then the swipe would be more valid. But for now its jibberish.
That behavior on the field stuff is valid and fair game with me. But the stuff about academics is so left field for me because we literally have no idea. So it just doesnt sit right with me, makes me wonder the motives, racist or not. At the end of the day we’re talking about football and literal kids. Anything outside of football or things that happen on the field is kind of out of bounds for me and I have very wide bounds.

When I saw Lamar play against Trinity, I saw one of those small undersized country kids put one of the Senior STUDS from trinity on his back. Then saw the STUD from trinity go to the sideline with an apparently injury. Look it up on hudl its in the 3rd quarter, I believe on HUDL its play 75
Being jealous of black kids that go to a school you don’t like isn’t what I’d consider “being racist”. I don’t think you believe black folks are inferior. I think you DO hate to see Trinity’s kids have something that YOU don’t have and I think the fact that they’re black is juuuust enough to set you off. It really isn’t about fairness or championships. Nope. I’m suffering from a smug sense of satisfaction and contentment for a team that won State and a BUNCH of kids getting the opportunity to play college football and get a free education. Antagonizing you is just icing on the cake. There’ll be plenty of new kids on the roster next year, too. Lots of great players that sat this year and will be eligible for 2019.
If seeing how upset someone on a message board is, makes your day.... then I suppose life in St Louis must really be that rough.
