Iowa Caucus Disaster

How many times on election night are we held hostage by the inner city vote (Dem run precincts) in "regular" voting? The rest of the country can count votes in a timely manner no matter the voting method.

A normal primary gives many more people a fair shot at voting their choice in private like it should be and not only 3 hours at night to do it and not have to discuss/argue their choice with a couple hundred other people.
