who do they go after?

Folks in Oklahoma have already been talking about Gundy from OSU... would LSU go after an Oklahoma State guy AGAIN?

If this job and other big time jobs come open, will that make Mizzou wait to hire, or do they try to get someone hired before the madness starts?

It is a pipe dream, but I believe Mizzou needs to go after Miles. He already has established the recruiting pipeline in the South that Mizzou covets.
Plus, he would be in the easier division with a friendlier fan base.

Not to mention the expectation level at Mizzou would not be near as intense as LSU. It's not like Miles doesn't have enough $. I'm guessing Mizzou will be looking to pay 4-5 million a year, based on Pinkels salary. Mack Rhoades will want to make a big splash with this hire. Not saying it's going to be Miles, but Rhoades has to make a big hire, his career is dependent upon it, in my opinion.

I think former OU QB Justin Fuente will be a frontrunner for the LSU job.
