heat off them for awhile. I know Yadi and Waino have been big supporters and been seen at playoff games. As well as the Blues have been playing the Cards have been equally as bad. The Blues bought them a couple more weeks last night before the attention turns back to them. Maybe they can right the ship. I certainly hope so otherwise it'll be a long summer.

May 1st, 20-10 and best record in all of baseball...May 22nd, 25-24 and 5 games behind the Cubs. I have no clue how they were 20-10, to be completely honest. I'd say they are who we think they are at this point. This team is darned near average at every aspect. That isn't a recipe for success.

Unfortunately, I’m beginning to agree with you on this one, Eagles. Since they scored 10 last night, they’ll probably get shutout Friday and Saturday and then go for double-digits again on Sunday.

Starting pitching is no where close to average.

I assume this is going to change, but at least two atbats every game Goldschmidt looks completely awful. Swinging way late or at bad pitches or short arming his swing like he cant follow thru. Awful.

Wacha is done. Waino is done. Hudson is a minor leaguer. I miss Jason Marquis and Jaime Garcia. And those guys drove me nuts.

I thought maybe this is how he always swung the bat because I have seen him hit a HR with that stiff arm funny lookin swing but then not hit anything for 3 days. At least Ozuna is driving runs and he can throw again. Still not so great at tracking a fly ball but when he has 42 RBI in less than 50 games I guess I can live with that. How he has that many with the folks in front of him not hitting much I don't know.
