High school football player caught hitting opponent with helmet

Player rips opponents helmet off and hits him in the head with it. 15 yd unsportsmanlike but NO ejection. Looks like the kid got kicked off the team later but what was the official thinking?

The official should not be allowed to officiate again.

Wow now what I saw on the news this morning just showed the hit and said that no penalty was accessed to the player. But now I see a flag is thrown so the official did see the hit! I agree he should never ever be allowed to officiate a game again that is a disgrace. At times you wonder why kids fans and parents get upset with officials and you see such a blatant hit like that go unpunished or not the proper punishment being called that is terrible.
