So the Birds have 2 useless lefthanders in their pen that Shildt tries not to use and Cleveland goes out and picks up lefty Hand from the Padres for a package the Birds could have matched. Hand is a stud under control until 2020 and as best I can tell the Birds showed no interest. WTF
