It’s amazing how many people show up at the gym in January. Is it like this the rest of the year?

Way to dig up old, irrelevant threads there, buddy! Not bad.
Wow. The Mox really put on some weight!
Aint it a bit early to be hitting the sauce there, Joe? Wearing a bra and dancing around is something the Mox would do. NOT me. NICE TRY!!
Good for you. I always knew that sport is everything if you want to keep yourself healthy. That's why I am going to the gym since I am 18. I started it for fun, but now I am seriously thinking to participate in a bodybuilding contest. I even started to use some food supplement that I've bought from the skinnyyoked site. So wish me luck guys. By the way, in case someone has questions about the gym, feel free to text me, I will be glad to help you. I will send you guys some photos of my trophy from the contest.
Joe Weider is in the house...To build muscle quickly, you need to ensure that you are eating a lot of protein and doing a lot of strength training.
What's your definition of "over"? Body can handle, and effectively use, much more protein than the USDA food pyramid of a balanced diet recommends...if you're combining strength training and cardio on a regular basis.Over consumption of protein can lead to kidney issues...
Don’t know that I can quantify it. But I will just say eating habits from your younger years can be hard as hell to break when you get older and you are no longer a young Arnold or an iron man. Just a cautionary tale from an extended family of Red meat lovin cave men. What's your definition of "over"?
