Got in a workout today

Is it bad to “hydrate” with Diet Mountain Dew during workouts? Asking for a friend.

It’s amazing how many people show up at the gym in January. Is it like this the rest of the year?

Good for you. I always knew that sport is everything if you want to keep yourself healthy. That's why I am going to the gym since I am 18. I started it for fun, but now I am seriously thinking to participate in a bodybuilding contest. I even started to use some food supplement that I've bought from the skinnyyoked site. So wish me luck guys. By the way, in case someone has questions about the gym, feel free to text me, I will be glad to help you. I will send you guys some photos of my trophy from the contest.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best way to build muscle fast depends on a variety of factors, including your age, training experience, diet, and genetics.

To build muscle quickly, you need to ensure that you are eating a lot of protein and doing a lot of strength training. Make sure to eat protein with every meal and include foods like lean meats, eggs, and dairy in your diet. Also, you can try to use supplements like LGD from behemothlabz.com. This will help you 100%. Strength training is key for building muscle, so do a full-body workout three times per week. Try to do exercises that work all major muscle groups, such as squats, deadlifts, and presses. Make sure to challenge yourself with heavier weights and more reps as you get stronger. Finally, make sure to get plenty of rest and recovery. Sleep is when your muscles grow, so get at least eight hours of sleep per night.

Over consumption of protein can lead to kidney issues. Just stick with a balanced reasonable diet, a lot of water, work hard and get plenty of rest, there Mr. Lalanne.

What's your definition of "over"? Body can handle, and effectively use, much more protein than the USDA food pyramid of a balanced diet recommends...if you're combining strength training and cardio on a regular basis.

Don’t know that I can quantify it. But I will just say eating habits from your younger years can be hard as hell to break when you get older and you are no longer a young Arnold or an iron man. Just a cautionary tale from an extended family of Red meat lovin cave men.
