Taking the 5th is done so a DA/Prosecutor and Govt. brown shirts don't take your words and twist them and try to misrepresent what you say or the situation. Taking the 5th is a American Right and should always be used with talking with any Govt authority....they have no interest in justice or the Truth they only have interest in convictions and gaining power.
