I'm beyond frustrated by Shildt already. I should've been smart enough to realize he was merely a puppet. It's sorta like the Hillary/Trump debate. Both Shildt and Matheny can be bad choices, and it seems they are. I probably would've been on the hate Shildt train late last season had Fowler not have gotten hurt and the brass not been forced to call up the young guns for the bullpen. I'm about done with Mo. He's kept the Birds competitive for a long, long time. But I'm starting to realize that's a lot less of him and a lot more of Lunhow and company. Had he not just absolutely fleeced the DBacks for Goldy, I can't imagine how bad he'd look right now.
