Its the OFFSEASON... what do you expect??
But maybe it is move in another direction for MoSports, IDK... but what did you think? that every DocGuy was gonna be around forever?? We are all famous people with our own busy lives.
The Godfather will always be around, but I have thought about taking a step back. If i actually do, is anyone's guess.
MoSports goes in waves, stuff comes and goes...dont force it because you want something else to happen.
Youre right Stef. And because it is the OFFSEASON, why not add someone, who would represent us Doc Guys during it? We all have lives outside of MoSports. So what is wrong, with adding someone who will continue to, "hold the fort down" while were away? Historically, it seems that Shoot has been the one. But he's grown pretty quiet. Im just trying to not let the Doc Guys fade. We have too much history here
You are right Bosko, on both accounts. I have grown silent and I am normally the one to "hold the fort down" while everyone else is away. I'll be around though, keeping the fort down. Ill make sure to leave a light on for all my fellow Doc Guys

Hey guys I know that it has been quite sometime since Famous Falco has blessed you with his presence. I just wanted to drop in and say that I'm still around watching all the moves, votes, and commentary taking place within the DOC GUYS. I know two things in life: 1.) Pain Heals. Chicks Dig Scars, and Glory Lasts Forever. 2.) NO ONE will EVER break up the bond the DOC GUYS have!!!!

I am just get WORRIED about my fellow Doc Guys Stef. And it is also time for me to take my summer break as well. The wife and I plan on exploring the east coast a bit. I do hope ALL MoSports posters stay safe. I look forward to the annual "check in" in a few months. If any of my fellow Doc Guys find themselves in Ampipe, stop on by the pool hall!
I figured it was about that time. For all us Doc Guys to take some time away for a few months. I will begin my annual "hold down the fort" routine. I'll keep our thread bumped and post some witty banter here or there. Stay safe everyone!

I know you probably wont see this for awhile Bosko, but I was recently dining at my local Texas Roadhouse and saw some plaques. On the plaques were the Blue Springs football teams. Apparently, Texas Roadhouse has been a sponsor and part of the Booster Club. It got me thinking, does Ampipe have any local restaurants that would sponsor the Bulldogs? Maybe the Ampipe Pool Hall?
Allow me to explain.
Doc is short for documentary. The majority of the members in the Doc Guys, are former stars of a sports documentary. Its really just a social group that likes to gather and discuss their glory days, engage in witty banter, and give opinions/advice to posters on here. I have to admit, that last one gets us into some trouble from time to time.
Were a pretty diverse group. Many old sports documentaries are represented. If you're interested in joining, let me explain.
There are two ways to become a Doc Guy. First, you're already one. That requires; you must have starred in a sports documentary, must be alive, and your profile picture must be of you. The other way, is to get voted in as an Honorary Doc Guy member. But being honest, most of my fellow Doc Guys vote no on new honorary members. I hope this has helped!
