90 days isn't exactly hard time on Alcatraz ... It's more a business networking lunch.
The defense argues that the prosecution is being stricter because he is locally famous....yep, good idea. So many "famous" people get off easy because of who they are. Looks to me that they are using him as an example. Someone has to be used!!!
Only 90 days for a third offense (according to the news story) seems pretty lenient to me. Could have been another really cool success story. Hopefully he'll choose to turn his life around and become a productive member of society.
