Upside, give them reparations and then they don't get to use the race card anymore.
I thought 700,000 white males sacrificing their life to end slavery might be considered a reparation.

Eh, only 650,000 men died in the entire war and 260,000 of those casualties were white men trying to keep their slaves.
Of the approximate 400,000 white men who died on the side of the North, the vast majority were fighting to preserve the Union. The average soldier wasn't fighting an ideological war to free their fellow men from bondage. As nice as that sentiment is, it's inaccurate. Abolition of slavery was a byproduct of the Civil War, not the reason for it.

It's virtually every Democratic presidential frontrunner. I assume you plan on voting for President in 2020 correct? Unless you're voting for Trump or a third party candidate you WILL be voting for reparations AND abortion.

Also some who,could,be paid may be descendants of those involved in the slave trade. The slave trade by and large began in Africa with people buying slaves from slave holders that were not white. Some people,calling for this could have a great great great grandfather that owned slaves himself. Yes, they are no more responsible than anyone else born after about 1840 but just another point that doesn't get brought up,

So I say again, if you vote Democrat in a national election, you're voting for reparations and abortion, because the person you're supporting with your vote is also in favor of those things.

It can't be done BY the president, congress will have to send it to him. I am in NO way in favor it I don't care who is FOIR it. If we do that who will be next. IF there is EVER anything like this it should absolutely start with American Indians.
Dude, pull our head out of the sand. I've explained it about 6 times now. Any Democrat who may possibly win the Democratic nomination IS IN FAVOR OF REPARATIONS. By casting a vote for them, you support what they support, regardless of whether they individually can make it happen.
