You need to contact the construction crew that built Mt Vernon's from the ground up, I think they had it done in less than a year from the time they passed their bond.

Webb knocked down their old stadium, ripped out sod, installed drainage, laid turf, built new bleachers on the west, reset bleachers on east side, and built a new consession/ restroom building between the 2007 and 2008 seasons. Not sure why CHS is taking 2 years of they are starting with a clean slate in January.

According to the Press, the board approved a final design this week and has put it out to bid. The issue wasn't on the ballot until August and they have been working on the design since then. They are hoping to start site work in January, and bid the second phase sometime around March with final completion I think around March of 2017. So a little over a year of actual construction, but the way the timing works out it's 2 seasons. It's not just turf and bleachers, but also a field house, wresting, soccer, parking, entrance/fan area, concessions...they are calling it a "sports complex".

Supposedly it will be unique to the area but I haven't seen what the final design looks like.
