I just saw on the Card's website they have decided to scale him back to work toward a relief role for now. Even doing that they don't expect him back before mid May.

I like him out of the pen.

And Reyes transitions into a starters role. In short, it seems nobody is really too terribly sure of what to do with either of them.

I still think the pen might be the best place for him. Even the reasons they gave for doing this is basically his attention span/ focus in a starting role. He could be a lights out kinda guy if he can cut it, loose for an inning or two and not have time to get frustrated with what goes around him over 7 or 8 innings. This could be more of a possibility IF Reyes can throw strikes and give them 6 or 7 innings in the next month or so.

My thoughts exactly in terms of him not being mature enough to stay focused and not have as much time to get frustrated and lose it.
