I like him out of the pen.I just saw on the Card's website they have decided to scale him back to work toward a relief role for now. Even doing that they don't expect him back before mid May.
I still think the pen might be the best place for him. Even the reasons they gave for doing this is basically his attention span/ focus in a starting role. He could be a lights out kinda guy if he can cut it, loose for an inning or two and not have time to get frustrated with what goes around him over 7 or 8 innings. This could be more of a possibility IF Reyes can throw strikes and give them 6 or 7 innings in the next month or so.I like him out of the pen.
