In Missouri, everyone makes the "playoffs" by definition. A Playoff is "a series of contests played to determine the winner of a championship, as between the leading teams in different divisions or leagues." In Missouri, the playoffs begin after the regular season is completed. See Sections 4 and 5 of the attached manual. I am just here to be a resource for the less intellectually fortunate.

Okay, if you want to define the playoffs based off qualifying for districts which requires 0 wins, then that’s on you. But I’ve never seen a school in Missouri get a plaque for that.

funny thing is, I don’t even have a problem with the good ole Bulldogs.

If "I" want to define it that way? I didn't. The Missouri State High School Athletic Association defines it that way...it is not up to ME. And who said anything about plaques? If you have a problem with the playoffs and the structure of the playoffs and how they are done, then take it up with MSHAA. The playoffs begin when the regular season ends. According to MSHAA. What do I have to do with it?

Never thought I'd see a person touting a team that was 0-1 in the "Playoffs" by your definition, and has never won any trophies, except in girls' cross country. LOL
