CJ Versus Monett

I remember when I was in high school at Parkwood I had heard on the news that either Webb City kids burned a WC on CJ's field or CJ kids burned a CJ on Webbs field !! I think That's accurate. Anyone know ? Anyone do it ? Lol
I remember a time in the late 90's / early 2000's that there was about a 20 yard male genetalia painted on webbs field going into the cardinals mouth lol. They were forced to burn that potrion of the field
That was back in the day when we only got a cardnial head at midfield if we hosted a playoff game
all I know for sure was skin head was pissed,,,,burning your schools initials in the field the game would be played on happened often. Didn't hurt anything and the grass grew back better the next year......a few individuals on here were caught busting a truckload of stolen pumpkins on CJ's field and got hauled off to the clinker thoughGOSCH!

What makes it how hard to figure out in regards to webb vs cj is its hard to determine if cj is good or not. They have destroyed everyone so they might be great, however just about every single team webb has played would turbo the teams cj has played so who knows? Cj looks impressive and webb looks human however the level of competition is totally different
Go back and read the post again. There have been Cassville and Seneca teams that would be competitive against this year's OC teams. Just a point about the historical competitiveness of the Big 8.
Agree that this year's Cass and Sen teams would get handled easily every Friday night by most OC teams.
Ok yes I agree with that. There have been years that both programs could have competed well.
Monett games are broadcast on 95.9 FM. I think the CJ announcers said their games will be picked up for the rest of the year on an AM station, but I don't remember the frequency.
Both schools have been active on the http://citylinktv.com/ website this year. The CJ announcers are very entertaining.
