If that was a relevant comparison..
No for Lamar’s district opponents but the majority of Webb City’s losses in that span have been in the semis or state championship game.
In all but 2007 and 2016 a strong case could be made that WC was either the champ or the second best team in the state. In 2003 nobody measured up to Kearney so it would be arguable but only in 2 of the losse to Kearney did WC not have a legit chance to tie or win the game in the final minutes.
That really is an accomplishment.

I have family and friends all over SWMO. I've lived in some of these towns. My kids have lived in some of them. I would imagine many off us in SWMO are the same.

Everyone in MoSports are adults. Some haven’t encountered any urban blacks in their entire lives outside of a handful of times. There is no changing a train of thought if those are the circumstances.
But If I can bring it to light (w jokes and sarcasm) the flawed way they think and potentially help them think twice about how they refer to blacks(undisciplined, bad grades, no positive influences, cheaters etc) then its good enough for me.
Of course though the ones this doesnt apply to are going to be the ones responding with anger

Undisciplined: Refers to record setting penalties, and lack of execution (as evident by the fact that they weren’t able to win a title prior to this year with all that talent).
Grades: Refers to the fact that they got athletic scholarships to Trinity, not acedemic.
No positive influences: Haven’t really seen this one; maybe I missed it.
Cheaters: Refers to Trinity literally breaking established MSHSAA recruiting rules.
Perhaps there’s truth (maybe even a lot) in your comment that a lot of rural folks have little experience with urban peeps, but if THEY aren’t allowed to make assumptions about others, why are you?

While you make good points, the reason it smells fishy is because everything you said about Trinity can be said about CBC or Vianney(cbc penalty heavy as well) Im not a big fan of the grades talk because these are childern and we dont know. The whole World is my safe space. You hate Trinity because you’re jealous. I’m sure there are PLENTY of insecurities that fuel your jealousy and, i’ll admit, I get intense satisfaction from your emotional reactions to the issue of race and your insistence that it’s not why you’re so hurt.
Personally, I think race has a huge roll in why you, specifically, are furious .,. and (if that iS why you’re hurt), then it makes watching Trinity enjoy their success even sweeter.
