With the return of 4 offensive starter
who scored 99% of the points for the Bobcats a season ago Drexel opens the
season ranked No. 3 in the MBCA/MOsports Pre-Season rankings. Following a 23-5
season and a trip to the quarterfinals expectations are high for the upcoming
2011-2012 season.
"We are going to be quick and are going
to apply pressure both offensively and defensively", commented
Dennis Bolton. "We have our
sights set very high and are working hard to reach our goal".
6-foot-3 inch junior C.J. Bolton returns after
earning MBCA all-state honors a season ago. 6-foot-2 senior Black Seba returns
for a final year after earning WEMO honors the past three seasons. Other top
returning players include 5-foot-10 guard Cody Russell, 6-foot-2 Javyn Johnston,
and 6-foot-8 inch, 220 pound senior center Chris Wilson.
With 10 returning letterman this should be a
great season from start to finish for the Bobcats.
