If Valle loses their game with Grandview, how likely would that be? What a great game and atmosphere that would be by 2 great programs.

Didn't hurt the epic Westran/Valle final that was also a rematch.
If it happens, I would like to see it pushed to Saturday. Give each team one more day to prepare, and gives the AD's a little more time to find a neutral field if possible. I say let's make it happen. These great matchups are one of the things that make football, or sports in general exciting.
The game is on for Friday night at 6 pm at Father Dempsey Field in Ste. Genevieve.

As an aside, watched a game on the Tupelo school facebook feed. They had multiple cameras from different angles than normal, switched seamlessly between them during plays, and had instant replay. Best visual presentation of a high school stream I've seen, even better than the MSHSAA championship coverage.
That is impressive. Gives me a few idea for Ampipe next season.

No, it is advertised as 6 pm start for the game. this from the facebook page: Valle Catholic Warriors will host Blair Oaks on Friday, September 25. The game will be streamed live on this Facebook page. Kickoff is at 6pm!

That is how Blair Oaks has had success these past several years. Just ask Lutheran North along with many many others.
Anyone can be beaten on any given day. I would think Valle wouldn’t take BO lightly and vice versa. For sure it’s a better game for BO to fine tune. Versailles would cause more danger from Covid than football.
Checkout out Ozark on citylink or YouTube. I don’t have anything to do with it, but know those who do. Quality stuff. Good commentary with solid graphics and replays. It’s well done.

The teams that gives BO issues is the ones that have size and athleticisim. I see on Valle height but not a ton of size. They are a throwing team and BO is known to use their playmakers to turn the ball over on those kind of teams turning them into a running team. I didn't see much success from Valle on the run against easier competition than BO so I think as soon as that happens BO could turn the ball over and use their size and work ethic to pull this one out.

Think this could be a close game. BO didn't seem like a super team this year. Seen BO whip Maryville week one but Maryville not their normal this year. Devastated by Covid, key injuries, and woke parents that won't let their kids go to in school learning.
5 turnovers and they are winning. That doesn't happen much against Blair Oaks.

Veer has been troll to Valle since i played amd then coached in 2001. Hes a joke. Havent been on this board in years and him and blackhawkpride are the same
I would mimic that but I saw way too many jitters on both sides. I saw refs that had fans starting to complain. I saw multiple unsportsmanlike penalties showing a degrade on what usually be a highly disciplined squads.
Both teams are better after going through that game for sure. If I was Blair Oaks I would continue to lean on your defense and keep working with Dylan on his accuracies. Valle should learn that they should actually play a game away from home this season (this was their 5th straight home game). I would work on accuracies and decision making of the QB as BO intercepted him often. Lean on your playmakers and control the clock instead of constantly going tempo).
Both teams are really good but you could defnitely tell this was a tune up game for both.
