And when you protect the most vulnerable and the nursing homes the number is 3 per 1,000. And if you mitigate the circumstances by wearing a mask and social distancing you can get it down to 1 per 1,000.
But the idea that Beto pushes we are supposed to cowher in our homes until a vaccine is insane.
