He goes to Liberty University and calls out the Republicans for not taking care of people after birth.
All of you who voted for any of these: Roy Blunt, Jason Smith, Blaine Luetkemeyer, Billy Long, Vicky Hatzler, Sam Graves, Ann Wagner; need to make sure that you are identifying yourselves properly. You are pro-birth, not pro-life!
Let's continue to worry about being able to shame people, and not have to listen to them complain about, or at least be able to whine about listening to it. Since we are being condescending, Bless your immoral heart.

And he went into the Lion's Den to call them out. Liberty University. I don't understand why it is called that.

And just exactly WHY should I take care of everyone because they were born?

Not wanting people murdered means I should foot the bill for them for their every want?

I'll tell you what Expect, send me your address, and I'll send you my son's college tuition bill. Since your so caring, I am sure you won't mind picking up the tab.

I pay my taxes so we all can foot the bill. That is where you lose me. I want my taxes to pay for stuff like that. Not your wars. Not your corporate greed.

And exactly why shouldn't you take care of those who can't take care of themselves? It darn sure wasn't his/her fault that the baby was born to a mom who didn't have a job, and dad who ran off, or whatever reason the child is raised with no food on the table. WWJD I guess not worry about others.

It's not enough Expect, that college just keeps sending ME bills!!!! When are you going to step up, and pay my bills like you want me to do for everyone else?

What Jesus thinks of laziness ....... Matthew 25:30

That's about a guy that didn't put his masters money in the bank.

You aren't very good at this bible stuff.

And that negates his message......how? You arguing with Jesus? Tell me how that works out for ya.

You might want to reevaluate your opinion of the poor. Plenty of poor Americans aren't lazy.

Don't believe "poor" was mentioned NM, I was referring to "lazy".

I have noticed this before, anytime someone mentions lazy people, someone on here comes on to defend the poor. Totally separate issue.

So someone who retires early is going to hell, Aggie? Because they could be working. That's lazy, right?

Someone may retire at any age they desire, if they have the means to support themselves. I have no problem with that.

If you want to quit work and live off everybody else, that is wrong and lazy. You guys know this.

Anybody remember the childrens book The Little Red Hen ?

Yes it was. My post was completely about the child growing up in a poor home, and your response was about the lazy. But because you didn't say poor you are attempting to defend yourself, but you know darn good and well you inferred it.
Here is the copy and past of my post and your response. Nothing changed you can look above!

If your post was completely about the child growing up in a poor home.....then you were completely off topic.

Sorry you got confused, but, once again, I was talking about lazy people.

I am starting to see a pattern of some on here. Answer a topic with a post that changes the subject, then try to accuse poster of saying something they did not about a totally different subject.

I never once put down poor people, I was putting down lazy people, and you know it.

LOL Really?! I started the post. The post was about Republicans not caring about taking care of the poor. Only caring about them being born. It was about those of you who voted for the Republicans who passed a budget that cuts help for the poor and disadvantaged. YOU changed the subject to make it about lazy people. I asked what would Jesus do when it came to the poor. YOU made it about lazy. Not me. Don't tell me I don't understand what the post was about. I started the darn topic.

You never said anything about poor people. You said Republicans did not want babies murdered, but did not want to take care of them after they were born. I agree, it is not my job to take care of everybody.

You must have missed Rand's talk on foreign policy???
You must have missed Rand's poll numbers?

Just teasing a little - it's pretty clear that the warmongers have retaken the R party. I almost posted that the other day. The foreign policy views expressed by the majority of the candidates seemed detached from the lessons we learned in Iraq and from reality. Why? Because the R base wants to hear that.

Fiorina's rant was a very good example of this. The R base (and its defense contractor supporters) support buying a ton of stuff and using a ton of stuff in ineffective ways. What does sending a few thousand more troops to Germany do? Why do we need to rebuild the Sixth Fleet (for one, it's already built, and two, what purpose does this serve?) No mention of cyber war at all. Etc.

The truth is the substance of R foreign policy for most candidates (Bush, etc.) looks a lot like Obama's, but they can't admit that. So they cloak it in calls to spend a bunch of money on stuff we don't really need and with rhetoric about being "muscular" when they wouldn't be doing much different (unless you are Lindsay Graham, in which case you would declare war on the entire world). Look at Bush staying out of Georgia just like we stayed away from Ukraine. Things like that.
