Thats because they do hate cops and white people.

This guy is just playing to the crowd, its nobodys fault that minorities are arrested and jailed at a much greater rate than whites. If they would stop breaking the law they wouldnt be arrested.

Kind of like the natural order of things, If you want people to stop looking at minorities and seeing them as a threat, then minorites need to change the way they project themselves to the rest of society. Gazelle's run from lions on sight because lions eat gazelles.
