Ahmad Hardy to Mizzou

Here are some facts for ya! Last night I bought one of my all time favorite brews. Absence of Light by 4 Hands Brewing. Absolutely epic stout. I also picked up Candy Cane nitro stout by Left Hand Brewing. Looking forward to trying it. Will report back
Great brewery! Fun fact. I LOVE beer. I LOVE coffee. I HATE stouts. 🤷🏻‍♂️ It’s so strange and frustrating. I’ve tried and tried. Hope you enjoy them!

Ahem

Looks like Mizzou had higher SOS than Oregon, Tenn, Clemson , ND and Indiana.

Does that mean those teams aren't deserving?

I recall in 2012 when Mizzou went 5-7 vs the toughest schedule in college football and you weren't having any of that talk.

Weird huh?

Speaking of successful seasons for a program, UK hasn't finished ranked in the top 10 since 1950. Mizzou has done that 6 times since then.

Including last year.

Poor blue.
14th in the SEC. 14th. Facts matter.

“Since 1950”. There’s a Mizzou measuring stick.

Always lil bro.

Here’s a stat for you. 5-7. Nothing says domination like 5-7. 🙄

What about porters? Even though they are stouts annoying little brother. I've had some great porters

I'm not reading any nonsense that says an 11 win SEC team isn't very good, I'm also not fact checking. Strength of schedule is a loser stat, we can't play teams that aren't scheduled!! This board is absolutely over run with knuckleheads.

To the OU knuckleheads, you should be thanking us for helping get you all back to full strength and showing solidarity with your former Big 8 brethren, we can show you how to be successful and build a legacy in this conference you know. Look at how Texas has fared while following our blueprint.

Nobody was comparing this yrs teams. Except you and other true sons looking to validate a season where your team didn’t meet expectations. But hey, you’re bowl bound. Drinks Tshirt told me so. Congrats.

My bad. Missed where you answered that. Well done. Yes, OU. Survived the gauntlet. 🙄
The expectations were stupid high. Find a post of a "true son" somewhere on here saying Mizzou finishing in the top 10, like all of the preseason's click seekers did. That was the worst thing about an otherwise great season, the preseason rankings.

There were reasons to doubt the lofty rankings. Mizzou had lost 5 defensive players to the NFL, also lost the division 1 leading rusher to graduation. I would have ranked them around 25, if at all.

Best win? Yeah, for me that's Arkansas.

Kinda my point. A “successful” year is one where your best wins were Okie and Arky, when neither are any good. The gap isn’t as wide as some might like to think. The SOS gap, however, is kinda wide. Facts matter. But truthfully, for Mizzou standards, I’d call it a success.

is there any valid measurement where UK is equal to Mizzou in football?

I say no.
Who said equal? Currently, no. Three or four previous years, for sure. Head to head? Well, I think we know that measuring stick. Here’s a meaningless measuring stick to match your “11 wins” meaningless measuring stick. When is the last time Mizzou went to eight straight bowl games? Btw, bowl games mean diddly. But we are on the subject of pointing out things that mean diddly.

5-7

Not making a bowl game means a lot.

Gap? What team are you talking about? When somebody starts talking strength of schedule it usually means their team lost more games.

You are correct. A successful season for Mizzou would include wins over boomer and the pigs. Hope the Tigers make it an annual occasion!

I don’t disagree. Check those two boxes and call it a year. Get your Bowl Bound tshirts and smile for the cameras.
