Word on the street is that the ejected kid had foot caught in pile, and kicked a few times to free himself. Officials mistakenly thought he was kicking the downed kid in the head, and quickly ejected him. My live view saw the injured Adrian kid clutching his arm, not anywhere near the head. I have watched available video and still can't make sense of it. I do know that behavior like that would definitely be out of character for the kid ejected, and would never be tolerated in any circumstance from the Lamar staff.

He had to have said something. Look at the way 60 puts his hand up and looks at the ref.
Don’t want to get into this. It’s not appropriate for the message forum. But he’s got troubles. He did do something in the pile. (Maybe not from this angle) and his behavior wasn’t warranted. He deserved to miss a game this week.
After watching the film a few dozen times, I'd say the officiating was pretty solid .
The only thing obviously missed were sometimes Lamar doesn't get set for a count on the line. Also, on the 4th and 2 their left end jumped and it wasn't called. Better clean that up!

Sounds like it will be dealt with properly by the coaching staff. That's why Lamar is the standard in Class 2...
He was appropriately handled in this situation. I hope he took this as a wake up call.
