2024 DESE Numbers? Breakdowns of Classes for 2024. Whose got'em?

I didn’t think it was that high but you may be right. I just have a feeling they’re going to keep it on the low side more than the high.

Approved...Class 1 will be 36, possible 42 depending on 8 man or new schools. Class 6 will be 42. Class 2-5 will be equal at 56ish. Playoffs still start Week 10.

Given the whole 8 man factor and what MSHSAA is trying to limit and prevent from happening with small school football, I just think that they will keep class 1 as small as possible and add to the other classes. Just my opinion. I very well may be proven wrong.

Yes, Adrian will have to play schools much bigger.

They need to be moved up. Maybe success factor will move them up to Class 3. That juggernaut must be stopped. It's not fair to the other schools.

Alright. Found the original agenda. 36 is the set number for class 1. Can expand to 42 or drop to 32 based on new team or those that go 8 man based on The current threshold.

If I’m reading this right, Christian and Linn are the only new schools that would fall into class 1. With Wellington-Napoleon going 8-man, class 1 would be set at 37?

i have a feeling they will eventually scrap this monstrosity and go to even splits for every class.
