Pretty much what I would have thought. I am surprised Festus is that high but if you look at results it is hard to really separate 5-9. 13 is the highest seeds Viburnum has had in awhile.

Festus did beat Central at Central, and still got seeded below Park Hills. Those Mineral Area Schools sure like to screw the Jeffco teams during the seeding process.
