I said from the day she became the candidate (and a few days before) that she was one of the very few people they could have chosen that would for sure lose to Trump. Your obvious misogyny aside, she was not a good candidate.
Now, her interpersonal intelligence seems to be lacking, much like Hillary Clinton, but to call her "brain-dead stupid" is just, well, brain-dead stupid, as I'm not aware of many people making it through law school who aren't very, very intelligent, if academically, at least. If you think interpersonal intelligence is "better" than academic intelligence, that's, of course, your prerogative, but it goes a long way towards explaining why people trust con-artists far more often than they trust rational well-reasoned arguments.
I tend to believe that, like most things, a balance of different types of intelligence is what is needed in a leader, but, lacking that, people will gravitate towards emotion almost every time.
