I have wondered if they will ever get any push back from insurance with their location. I am sure insurance is not thrilled with covering a place that they know is going to flood pretty often.

Yeah the football field and softball fields at WP are really in a horrible spot. But nothing they can do about it now but keep fixing/rebuilding when these floods happen.

I never said Deflation was going to happen I pointed out that times was tough and people are going to spend less and demand less goods and services I have no idea if the levels reach deflation and neither do you. My point was that the ever vaunted economist did a study after the Swiss went through deflation between 2015-2017 if I recall correctly the dates so they studied deflation and determined that there is two ways Deflation comes about and one is good and beneficial, the other not so good.

Could of fooled me... they go that big arse semi-truck and all the bells and whistles anyone can dream of for the band. And has the school district even thought about Turf for the boys? Doubt it.

..... the Swiss had a period of Deflation and the economy was just fine. You can have periods of deflation that don't lead to massive job loss as long as the Deflation is driven by supply. If it is driven by supply prices are decreased but income and GDP increases.

The field in WP sits in a valley and is susceptible to flooding.

Most economic studies show that Presidents greatly effect the GDP growth in their first two years. I'd say deregulation will go into effect by his 2nd year in as will some of the tax cuts and breaks.

While Trump won't turn things around in 100 days or even 365..... by his 2nd year he can make a difference.
