Conference Question

Will discuss more during the offseason but I'd really like Center to exit the MRVC West and join a "metro league" (some of which seems to be coming together this year) as follows:

Center
Lincoln Prep
Hogan Prep
Pembroke Hill
Van Horn
St. Michael
KIPP KC Legacy
Summit Christian Academy
University Academy

Removed St. Pius X who was discussed last year not sure where to put them.....................

Updated Class 6 Playoff Predictions

Their offense has improved so much through the air. QB is athletic, the running back is great in space. They have learned the Platte County method (spread out the offense to run the zone scheme). However, I think their speed or athleticism doesn't match BSS in a state quarterfinal game.
By the way you are in Pick Em time out young man..................didn't play in these Playoffs LOL.

Their huge problem (figuratively and literally) is run D. It will either be a shootout or South will control the tempo and draw away.

Lots of drops when you the QB is hurried, and your receivers are covered.
The ones I saw were well thrown and wide open. I haven't seen Kearney since a pretty vanilla Week 6 at GV but will regardless who they play and how one sided I may think the Quarterfinal is provided they take care of business (I'd rate about a 98 percent chance) this Friday night.

I actually like PH's offense. Only team I saw really make plays vs. Kearney plus there were lots of drops in that one.

Blue Springs South could not hang with Kearney either at Summer Camp. I say Park Hill has a puncher's chance.
Summer Camps are not a true measure of a team almost every year. Sure, you can see skill, size, and etc but you're not seeing a seasoned offense, defenses that fit into new schemes, etc. BSS fits this exactly. Their Jamboree against Liberty and Smithville was awful but turn around and BSS basically Turbos Liberty in the regular season this year.

NCAA Sagarin Ratings

Read about the peace pipe rivalry on wiki. Didn't know about it. Each school had a group that would meet at halftime to share the pipe and the group from the winning school would keep the pipe until the next season. Ended around 75. Oklahoma let Missouri keep the pipe after ties because they so rarely won it. OU is 67-25-5 all time and MU hasn't won in Norman since 1966.

We have won two in a row, though.
And 3 of the last 23.. :) If things dont get better in Norman, you might be winning a lot more.

Conference Question

I couldn't find any that are truly separated into a Big and Small division anymore. There are several separated into east and west or separated into different "colors" but I couldn't really see a true large are small division in those either. I am not familiar with all of them though so I could have missed something.

KC Suburban Conference is divided by school population into divisions.

Conference Question

What conferences in the state have large/small divisions and what are the schools in those conferences?
