Ladue is one of, if not the best public schools in Missouri and have a great football tradition and facilities. They should be able hire an extremely qualified head coach so this will be very interesting to monitor. A thing to consider is their AD is probably under pressure too since he and the admins clearly botched their last hire, which only lasted three seasons. I saw somewhere that Ladue's only had five coaches in their entire history and they've been around since the 50s!!!
