I wish mshsaa would just set a specific enrollment for class 1. I really think last year's Adrian, Cole Camp, team's being Class 2 seemed excessive and Thayer, Sarcoxie, South Callaway, East Buch, Sherwood, should have been class 1 this year. As of right now schools between 165-175 are kinda in limbo not really knowing till August if they are classified as 1 or 2 by then it may be too late to set up a coop with a smaller school. By setting a number for class 1 whether it is 180, 185, or 199 schools know in the spring what their classification is. This is not a complaint in my opinion just a more efficient way of doing things.
