Senior Austin Tevis(5-11 215) returns after
rushing for 2,181 yards, averaging 181 yards per game for the Eagles and rushing
for 31 touchdowns. Tevis was a key piece of a Holden Eagle football team that
finished 9-3 falling only to ranked teams including Oak Grove, and Higginsville
in the regular season and playoffs.

The Eagles scored 402 points, while allowing just 240. Holden
did much of their damage on the ground averaging 277 yards on the ground, 90
through the air per contest. In addition to Tevis on the ground, senior
Chris O'Neil
(5-6 160) returns after rushing for 563 yards and 5
touchdowns.

The Eagles return several Missouri River Valley all-conference
performers including senior defensive lineman Jake Hoffman(5-10
200), senior lineman Chase Sechrest(5-11 175), Tevis at
linebacker who accumulated 110 tackles, senior Gabe Hubbard(5-9 185) also at
linebacker, and senior Andrew Metcalf at defensive back.

Tevis returns as the first team all-conference selection at
running back, he is joined by Hoffman on the offensive line, Nick Martin(5-9
155) at wide receiver, and Garet Ricketson the kicker.

The Eagles return plenty of firepower from their solid 2013
season and with Tevis at the focal point will again be tough to beat. With
plenty of experience the newcomers will not have the pressure to produce and can
learn from the veterans as they again compete for MRVC and district crowns.
