Jackson Coach Retirement

Jackson football’s 11-year head coach Brent Eckley is set to officially retire at the end of the year, the school announced this morning.

Eckley led the Indians to win their first-ever state championship in 2020 and finished with an overall coaching record of 102-27 at Jackson.

Congratulations on an outstanding career, Coach Eckley!

I figured Eckley would be at Jackson for years to come and have a Carl Gross type tenure there. This shocks the heck out of me. If he is going elsewhere wherever he takes his coaching expertise will be lucky to have him.
