Read his testimony,,,,,he says ( if I remember correctly) he “thought” that military aid was dependent on the Ukraine investigating corruption.
He never said he was told by superiors that it was. And there is nothing wrong at all with the USA holding up aid to a govt with a history of corruption. Kind of like when Biden told them he was holding up aid unless they fired a guy he didn’t like that was investigating his son???
He withheld their aid until he got caught.
Two days after the whistleblower blew the lid off, they suddenly release the funds. But you continue on with your delusions.
He 'revised' his testimony after others had testified that he knew about it all along and his lawyer told him be better fix it. He decided lying to congress under oath was not a good thing. You guys keep claiming Biden claiming Biden wanted the Ukraine prosecutor because he was investigating his son. The U.S. and several other countries wanted that dude out and it had nothing to do with Hunter Biden.
