Yea. Like it was so great last time. Neither team hit above .200 until the royals went to town in game 7.
Coleman couldn't play due to a speeding tarp and we got screwed by DD and saw the best cardinal team in decades
go down in flames against an inferior opponent. Gee I can't wait

In 85, the cardinals had an epic NLCS with two of Buck's greatest calls on game winning homeruns. That team was so good their longest losing streak was three games. They never blew a ninth inning lead once. Two 20 game winners, an 18 game winner and the best bullpen in baseball. Then I have to listen to KC F. fans brag for the next 29 years because Denkinger gave them a gift. I want no part of Stl-KC. Royals and their bandwagon fans can kiss it.

Two missed calls had impacts on the outcome of Game 6. In the fourth inning of the 0-0 game, the Royals' Frank White was called out on an attempted steal of second base, but (replays show he had beaten the tag.) The following batter, Pat Sheridan, hit a single to right field.

Scout, the fact that you didn't know what play I was talking about tells me you are not a fan of either team or the sport in general so I would recommend you refrain from commenting on subjects of which you are ignorant. So now that list includes sports, politics, history, government, business, American citizenship, and sex.
Duck, the fact that you didn't want to remember that stolen base in Game 6 tells me that you already knew your little red wing cousins were beat. After 29 years of thinking you could have won..

A few of my buddies would need hours in the plane so four of us would take flights to KC and JC for the heck of it. Going to KC we tried just about everywhere. I never had BAD BBQ in KC, just nothing to write home about.

Not many divide it that way. There is SEMO, SWMO, St.Louis, KC and the rest of the state. SWMO can claim Webb City, no way are associated with KC at all. SEMO has Bell City, Scott County Central, Charleston, New Madrid County Central, Malden, Hayti, Sikeston, Jackson, Cape Central, Dexter, Poplar Bluff and others that have had success on the big stage in various sports at different times. Heck even Valle Catholic is considered SEMO if you divide the state into 4 quadrants. SWMO has many schools with a lot of success in some sports at various times as does St. Louis.
With due respect to the rest of the state 3r, KC Media "METRO SPORTS" has been claiming the West Side of Missouri for over 10 years. I guess you'll just have to watch FOX SPORTS NET if you want to see anything different.
Even though I will still be in St Louis come Championship time, I think we already know the out come.
